A federal judge is telling Donald Trump’s accounting firm to hand over financial records that were subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee, as for the first time, a Republican lawmaker says Trump committed impeachable offenses. Former Under Secretary of State in the Obama administration, Richard Stengel, tells MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent, Ari Melber that Trump has done “exactly the sort of thing that traditional, conservative Republicans are against.”
